The Hovi range of compressed quartz reinforced tiles is unique in the market. While there are other quartz vinyl tiles available, Hovi tiles are the only ones that undergo a compression process. Most floor tiles are produced through calendaring, similar to plastic flooring. However, Hovi tiles go a step further: after calendaring, they are subjected to a compressive force of 600,000 kg at high temperature. This process tightly compacts the quartz granules and PVC compound, forming an unbroken bridge of quartz crystals.
Thanks to this unique process, Hovi tiles are exceptionally durable, second only to stone in terms of wear and indentation recovery. Tests show that Hovi tiles are twice as hard-wearing as any other quartz vinyl tile. They are structurally uniform throughout, ensuring that their color and appearance remain unchanged for decades.
Available in a wide range of colors and finishes, Hovi tiles can be creatively combined to produce an imaginative, eye-catching, and unique floor finish.
